Q: What carrier do you use for Shipping?
A: We usually ship via USPS.
Q: What day will my Order ship?
A: We ship online orders Monday through Friday. The cut off time for getting your order to ship the Following next day is 12pm Eastern Standard time. For Example: If you place your order before 12pm Eastern Standard time on Monday, your order will ship next day on Tuesday; If you place your order after 12pm on Friday , your order will not ship until the following upcoming Monday. Depending on which shipping method is chosen at Check out, some orders may ship faster than others. If a major U.S. Holiday falls on a business day, then you can expect your order to be shipped the next available shipping day.
Q: What Kind of Shipping Should I choose for my Order?
A: This depends on where you are and how fast you need your order. When choosing a USPS option like First Class Package 2-3 day shipping, keep in mind that these are business days. The weekends as well as processing times are not included in this time frame. For Example, if you choose USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 day shipping and your package goes out on Friday, your package will not arrive until the following Tuesday. USPS First Class Package is also the cheaper form of shipping but keep in mind it does not include insurance for your package if your package is lost or stolen. Choosing options like USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping will cost a little more, but it also covers your package with up to 50$ insurance.
Q: What if my Order was not Delivered?
A: First, check your Tracking number that was emailed to you upon shipping. In some cases there are severe weather warnings, or holidays that can often cause shipping delays. It is very important that you are proactive with missing or delayed packages. Once the Package has left our facility, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for Lost or stolen packages. You can try to contact the postal service with your tracking number to file a claim. Please always make sure your Address is correct, and that you select the fastest shipping option that works for best you!
Q: Do you Offer Free Shipping?
A: We offer Free Shipping on Orders that are $60 or more within the United States.
Q: Where in the World do you Ship?
A: We currently only Ship Domestic in the United States, but we are looking forward to expanding our brand and ship internationally in the near future.
